Hello Friends,

when i deployed the reports, one of them can not pass the building. I have to exclude this one.

Anyone has the same issue?

Hi derekdai,

Which report was it? Can you provide exact repro steps?

Thanks

"The definition of the report '/folder-project-package' is invalid.

The value expression for the text box 'breadcrumbFolder' referes to a non-existing report parameter 'FolderId'"

This deployment error is still present in DB v1.0.4.0. I have excluded the report from the deployment.

Hi,
v1.0.4.0 is a release of the database that provides sp_ssiscatalog only, it has no bearing whatsoever on the reports. The latest version of the reports (at the time of writing - 8th July 2013) is at https://ssisreportingpack.codeplex.com/releases/view/88178

This thread was started over a year ago so I don't recall the latest status of the issue reported herein. I shall investigate at the earliest opportunity.

Hi Jamie, the build error described above is still an issue, using v1.0.4.0. I've run the MSI, then made a copy of the entire directory to add to an SSIS Data Tools project; tried to build / deploy the SSRS Reporting Pack (changed the URL in the project properties to point to my local dev machine's report server; changed the server reference in the shared data source); and I get the error described above. Same issue re: "breadcrumbFolder refers to a non-existent report parameter". Many thanks for your work on this project.

Hi Dave,
thanks for reporting this. I've repro'd the problem and am working on a new installer. Apologies that this happened, I'm afraid I've no idea how this bug crept in because its so long since I did any work on the reports.
in the meantime there is a simple fix for you. Simply exclude folder-project-package.rdl from the project.

Hello all,
A new release https://ssisreportingpack.codeplex.com/releases/view/111689 fixes this issue. A blog post will be forthcoming at http://sqlblog.com/blogs/jamie_thomson/archive/tags/SSIS+Reporting+Pack/default.aspx very soon.

Jamie
